We had 50 players today and 15 9-holers and a perfect weather day – not too hot….not too cold. A pity the golf didn’t reflect the perfection of the day (at least in my case!). The course is in top condition, so couldn’t find an excuse there either. Still working on it. The company was good though and after all, that’s the important thing. So although it was a very up and down day we had some stand-out results.
Gold Medal Play-Off
The winner of this prestigious event was SHARON STEVENSON who has played some wonderful golf this year. Congratulations Sharon. She had a score of 101/73 off a handicap of 28.

Legacy Cup
The winner of the Legacy Cup this year is KAREN BLACK (72). Well done Karen and thank you very much to the ladies from Legacy who ran a raffle and stall.
On a different subject, Fran Flavel has agreed to nominate for the Board this year. We are waiting to find out when nominations open and we will keep you informed. We hope to have very strong backing from all our Ladies.
