Today’s event was blessed with sunshine and a lovely breeze which suggests that Autumn is finally on the way. The greens seem to be coming back nicely after the coring and fairways are a delight. The rough is getting rougher which I suppose is the point (shouldn’t be there). We had 52 starters today and 9 9-holers. Some exceptionally good scores posted today and the winners were:-
